- Invited speakers should refer to correspondence from our Program Implementation Department.

- Contact resort or hotel directly.
- Make lodging arrangements early as space is limited.
MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
- Purchase round-trip airline tickets (this must be done through your travel agent or the airline).
